How does science reconcile two contradictory laws

Energy can neither be created or destroyed in an isolated system - First law of thermodynamics

Practically looking at the law, I suggested that theoretically if energy can't be created nor destroyed then the total amount of energy available on earth or in the entire universe has always been constant. In another form I say the universe was all made with a certain amount of energy and that energy kept the universe intact for centuries and will continue to do so.

Forget energy for a moment and think of little men. Let’s say you have a bunch of little men. They can push things around, and do work for you! They can move your little pianos! You can change their appearance, but you cannot kill them. We can call that the “law of conservation of little men”.However, in order to do any useful work for you, the men need to be a little bit organized. For example, there have to be more men pushing on one side of the piano than the other. Also, they have to be pushing the piano from the correct side or it won’t move to where you want it.
But invariably, this organization starts to break down. Some men may stumble, some will bump into other men, some may have an existential crisis, and their efforts will become increasingly disordered. Their pushing will become chaotic and they will stop doing any useful work. We can call this the “Law of Entropy of little men”.This law states that your little men will never spontaneously become more organized all by themselves. If their degree of organization changes at all, they will always become more and more disorganized.
The only way to organize them again is to get some other little men to push them all back into their proper places and moving in their proper directions. But those other OTHER men must also be organized in order to do this! And THEIR organization will also break down. So you would need yet another batch of organized men in order to fix that batch. And this will continue and continue!
Note that you will never run out of little men, but you may start to run out of ‘organized’ little men! So, you may then have to pay others, like the electric company and petroleum companies, for a steady supply of ‘organized’ little men.
So you see that the law of entropy of little men does not mean that they men will be killed or erased. That would violate our law of conservation of little men. Entropy just says that our little men will invariably become more and more disorganized to the point where they can no longer do any useful work.

So, the two laws do not need any reconciliation.
